Reviews and Ratings
Staying on the first floor, the room was a bit dark but overall beautiful with the most comfortable bed and thoughtful touches. Facing the street presented a lively view but could be noisy at times. The service was very nice, although we had to manage our luggage ourselves, the staff were friendly and helpful, donning gorgeous Bavarian outfits. The location, while not in the noisy center, offered a pleasant setting in a mostly residential district, albeit a bit disorienting at first. The dining options were good, though slightly expensive compared to outside choices. The hotel provides a welcoming atmosphere with pet amenities, tours/ticket assistance, and a complimentary welcome drink. Rooms: The room was beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed and nice touches. Rating: 9/10. Service: The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. Rating: 8/10. Location: The location is very good, not in the noisy center but close to everything and easily accessible by public transport. Dining: The dining experience was nice, but the pricing could be more competitive with local alternatives. Rating: 7/10. Facilities: The hotel offers pet amenities, tours/ticket assistance, and a welcoming drink. The restaurant was not open in November, slightly reducing dining options during the stay. Favorite Features: Comfortable bed, friendly staff, convenient location, welcoming drink. Areas to Improve: Room lighting, dining pricing.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, equipped with all the necessary amenities like shampoo, sewing kit, fan, hair dryer, and complimentary water every day. The only downside was that double accommodation shouldn't be offered. The bathroom was spacious with a luxurious tub, providing comfort and a peaceful environment.
The hotel provided a mixed experience with medium-sized rooms that had charming wooden details, nicely renovated and clean, although not suited for tall individuals. The service was friendly but had some issues with inaccuracies. The location was superb, close to Munich's main attractions, yet took some time to adjust to. The dining was a bit expensive but offered decent pre-ordered meals. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
