My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, equipped with all the necessary amenities like shampoo, sewing kit, fan, hair dryer, and complimentary water every day. The only downside was that double accommodation shouldn't be offered. The bathroom was spacious with a luxurious tub, providing comfort and a peaceful environment.

The service was exceptional! The staff were particularly pleasant, very friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. From housekeeping to providing a welcome drink and even pet amenities, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

The hotel's location is superb! It's within a short walk of all of Munich's main attractions and is well connected to the airport. Although the layout of the room may not be ideal for sharing with friends, the peaceful surroundings and proximity to Gärtnerplatz make it perfect for exploring Munich.

The dining experience was good, although a bit less special compared to the rooms and decor. Ordering from the restaurant a day in advance was unique, and the food offered at reception was tasty. The make-your-own pancake machine was a fun touch.

The facilities provided were great! From the serene stream outside to the availability of pet amenities and tours/ticket assistance, the hotel had everything needed for a pleasant stay.
